UNICEF is seeking an AI Engineer Consultant in Florence, Italy (remote optional) to lead the design of a data portal for foundational learning assessments. You will build the underlying data model, extraction pipeline, and reference datasets to enable harmonized tables for IDW ingestion.

The role requires a Master’s in CS/Data Science, 5+ years of data engineering experience, and strong skills in Azure DevOps, Docker, GitHub, R and Python. 11-month contract with international teams.
