In this role you lead the Information Systems function for ABB's Smart Buildings Division, shaping an IS strategy that enables growth and operational excellence. You will own the division's IS architecture, roadmap, and project portfolio, delivering secure, reliable services aligned with enterprise standards. You will modernize and standardize the IS landscape while partnering with stakeholders to maximize value from digital solutions. You’ll build and coach a high-performing team and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Develop IS strategy and architecture aligned with division and ABB enterprise architecture.
- Own the division's IS project portfolio and ensure delivery of Distinct and Common IS services with SLA alignment.
- Ensure compliance with IS policies, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage IS budget, spend, and cost allocation to optimize value-added investments.




- Lead and develop the IS team, promoting collaboration, transparency, and technical expertise.

Responsabilità

- Bachelor degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience across diverse disciplines.
- Proven leadership of global IS/IT teams and projects with ability to coach and develop teams across locations.
- Strategic technology leadership with ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps.
- Business- and value-focused with experience in financial management, budgets, and vendor partnerships.
- Influential stakeholder management and strong communication across business and technology teams.
- Results-driven change agent delivering measurable business outcomes.
