Responsibilities

At ADDITIVE, graphic design primarily means the graphic development of digital advertising and content (social media, Google network, landing pages, voucher marketing) with a focus on moving images and animation.

You will work with our marketing specialists to develop bespoke advertising concepts for our international hotel clients. You will be responsible for the creative, especially animated, image composition and adaptation of the client’s corporate design to create truly engaging advertisements. By constantly researching and evaluating new technologies, methods and best practices, you will continually improve the processes in your department.

Must Haves

- Knowledge of animation and video editing (e.g. AfterFX, Premiere Pro, Filmora)
- Practical experience with screen design (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Creative, detailed and pixel‑perfect work
- Passion for good design, aesthetics and technical understanding
- Structured, goal‑oriented and independent way of working
- High level of care, resilience and sense of duty combined with absolute reliability
- Willingness to discuss constructively and enjoy working in a team




- Curiosity about trends in tourism and online marketing and a high affinity for new media
- Excellent German and English language skills

- First personal interview to find out more about your personality and to introduce ADDITIVE to you
- Second in‑depth interview with your future supervisor to discuss your professional qualifications and clarify mutual expectations
- Assessment day to test your skills and abilities and to give you an overview of your future tasks
- Agreement on the conditions for working together

Employees are free to organise their working hours as they wish, with minor restrictions for direct customer contact. We also offer a wide range of individually tailored part‑time models and seamless switching to teleworking.

All employees benefit from six weeks of paid vacation every year (Italy & Austria). Vacation days can be used for recreation and leisure interests and can be freely allocated.

Mobility

All journeys by public transport in South Tyrol and Tyrol are covered. ADDITIVE reimburses team members for all journeys made with the SüdtirolPass or the KlimaTicket Tirol, for work or private travel.
