Your role
We are hiring a Technical Director for Events and Audio‑Video with strong technical skills in both software and hardware. The role involves providing support to end users, managing AV setups for corporate events, and regularly interacting with C‑Level executives. The candidate will also mentor a junior colleague to ensure continuity in video direction and editing during absences.
Main responsibilities
- Provide technical support for audio/video events.
- Install and configure hardware and software.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates.
- Set up and manage meeting rooms and systems.
- Train users and offer live support during events.
- Collaborate with IT teams on related projects.
- Provide software/hardware support for the end-users.
Main requirements
- Availability for on‑site presence during weekends (average 2 weekends per month) and all events.
- Experience in audio/video processing with tools such as Exterity, Watchout or equivalent solutions (2–3 years).
- Knowledge of MagicInfo, Exterity, Watchout software is appreciated.
- Educational background in Information Technology.
- Solid experience with Microsoft software packages.
- Strong experience in Hardware management (Computer, Printer, Mobile, Network, Mac).
- Flexibility and availability for on‑site support as required.
