Location: Milano, MI The Role Condé Nast Italy is looking for an enthusiastic and open-minded person, with a strong passion for the visual world, to join the Editorial Team of Vanity Fair Italy as a Visual Editing Intern. The candidate will support the Editorial, Photo, Audience Development and related members of the team in their day-by-day activities, giving a valuable contribution to the selection of visual and photo contents from a creative to an operational side Primary Activities Assist the research of photo and iconographic materials
Manage communications with external photo agencies and stakeholders on behalf of editors as needed
Ensure the accuracy of copyright and general information for external materials
Participate to Editorial meetings and assist all steps of content creation
Manage communications with external stakeholders on behalf of editors as needed Primary Skills & Qualifications Previous experience with, or passion for, Visuals, Photo, Media Companies or Creative Agencies
Professional working fluency in Italian and English languages, written and spoken
Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign and similar graphics editors
Expertise on the topics and the tone of voice proposed by Vanity Fair Italy, as well as on last trends regarding Fashion, Lifestyle and breaking news
Excellent knowledge of the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and familiarity with Apple softwares
