In this VIE role, you will support production Master Planning, service performance reporting, and data management at the Alpago plant. You work with cross-functional teams to improve planning quality and reporting accuracy, contributing to decision support and continuous improvement. You will gain exposure to planning tools and data governance while helping to streamline processes and analytics projects.

This position offers hands‑on experience in strategic supply chain activities within a sustainability-minded organization.

Responsibilities

Support Production Master Planning process and contribute to the release of the MPP plan

Analyze demand, capacity, and constraints to improve planning visibility

Participate in deployment and evaluation of planning tools (Kinaxis Lighthouse)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance planning effectiveness

Manage service performance reporting (OTD/OTA), ensure timely monitoring





Prepare weekly/monthly analyses, identify root causes, communicate recovery actions

Provide reporting on shipment delays and operational issues affecting service

Ensure data quality and governance across planning and reporting processes

Support data-related topics, reporting needs, and process efficiency

Contribute to reporting and analytics projects involving upstream and cross-functional teams

Support new implementations, tools, and process enhancements xkiyazw as a key contributor

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, planning, reporting, or data analysis

Fluent in English

Strong Excel skills and experience with digital reporting tools

Exposure to advanced planning tools (Kinaxis)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Structured, independent, and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Good communication, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset
