w/o compromising on Bata STD fit measurements or core Bata engineering principles /liliLiaise with PD Onshore Design Team to create the last in accordance with design and fit intent that appropriately suits needs of Bata consumer across markets /liliAccording to product type construction advise Onshore and Offshore PD in the tooling (o/s) development. /liliAdvise and validate where anatomic last is compatible or not with product specificity, according to construction and manufacturing process. /liliAssess and amend existing lasts as per point 1. /liliEnsure a balanced approach to cost of implementation. /liliInstill knowledge in this area across related counterparts /liliEstablish a Global physical digital library of new lasts according to product typology and occasion. /liliLiaise with the Global Engineering Head to ensure last tooling compliance in commercialization. /liliSupport Onshore and Offshore PD’s to translate design concepts to Buy Ready samples. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongREQUIREMENTS: /strong /ppbr / /pulliShoe Making Design degree or diploma, or a related field. /lili7-8 years of experiences on last development engineering, Product Creation process, Mould Tooling development, Production equipment’s processes; br / /liliTechnical skills on: Last Making Tooling, Pattern sample making, PD Process, Production process machines; br / /liliAble to work ina very dynamic and multicultural environment /liliAble to cooperate with internal and external clients and stakeholders /liliWillingness to travel to suppliers in China, SE Asia, Africa Latam for approximately 20% of your time. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongKEY RELATIONSHIPS: /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongemInternal:
