In this role you drive revenue, volume, and margin growth by managing large strategic key accounts for O-I’s glass bottle portfolio. You will develop tailored value propositions, navigate multi-site negotiations, and ensure long-term partnerships with major brands. You operate with cross-functional collaboration to deliver operational excellence and accurate forecasting. This position offers impact by shaping strategic account strategies in a global packaging leader focused on sustainability and innovation. You will work autonomously to win new opportunities and strengthen market presence.

- salary range 55,000–65,000

- Lead large strategic key account relationships and long-term partnerships
- Drive revenue, volume, and margin growth across major strategic key accounts
- Build and execute customer-focused account strategies
- Negotiate sustainable long-term commercial agreements
- Identify innovation, sustainability, and value-add opportunities
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility,



and CRM discipline
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence
- Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial/Economic, or related field
- 5+ years in customer-facing commercial roles (Key Accounts, Customer Development, Sales Strategy, Business Development)
- Proven success managing B2B customers in corporate/manufacturing environments
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Experience leading complex negotiations and owning customer P&L; elements
- Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and fulfillment
- Ability to analyze customer performance data and translate insights into actions
- Proficiency with CRM systems, SAP, and enterprise sales tools
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
