frameworks, and technologies that bring value to the team and product. /liliRepresent the company in the technical community: conferences, meetups, and open source contributions. /liliDefine professional development plans for engineers and actively participate in technical talent assessment. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat Are We Looking For? /strong /ppstrongMust-Have /strong /ppbr/pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. /lili7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in technical leadership roles. /liliAdvanced proficiency in SOLID principles, design patterns, DDD, Hexagonal Architecture, and CQRS. /liliStrong experience with PHP 8+ and frameworks such as Symfony or Slim, as well as modern JavaScript (Angular, VueJS, TypeScript). /liliBackground in event-driven architectures, microservices, and distributed systems at scale. /liliProven track record in engineering team mentoring, code review leadership, and technical standard definition. /liliExperience with infrastructure and scalability tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch. /liliProfessional level of English (C1). /li /ulpbr/ppstrongNice-to-Have /strong /pulliAdvanced certifications in solutions architecture (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architecture). /liliExperience in high-growth environments and technology scaling challenges. /liliKnowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies applied to technical teams. /liliExperience in database design, optimization, and distributed systems. /liliActive participation in the technical community (conferences, open source, publications). /liliExperience collaborating with Data teams for technical integrations and analytics. /liliAbility to communicate complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders. /liliExperience defining career development plans and growth paths for engineers. /li /ul
