- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on our production equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions and technical issues on machines and systems
- Install and commission new machines and equipment
- Support the optimization of machinery, production systems, and work processes
- Identify defects and contribute improvement suggestions
- Assist with process and product trials
- Document all maintenance and repair activities carried out
- Ensure the safe operation of equipment and authorize the release of machines after maintenance and repair work

Qualifications





- Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good command of German as well as Italian or English
- Independent, careful, and team-oriented working style

Compensation

- Starting salary from €35,000 per year on a full-time basis (37.5 hours), classified according to the Metal Industry collective agreement

- Shift work is compensated with an additional allowance

- Depending on your education/qualifications and experience, your compensation may be higher
