Video Content Moderator (Italian) | Lisbon, Portugal

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Languages: Italian (C1+) & English (B2+)
Contract: Full-time (40 hours/week)

About the Role

Join a global social media project as a Short Video Content Moderator . You will review user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and helps maintain a safe online environment.

Your Responsibilities

- Review videos, images, text and audio content
- Remove content that violates platform policies
- Moderate comments, posts and user appeals
- Label and classify content
- Ensure compliance with platform and legal guidelines
- Report recurring moderation trends
- Cooperate with policy and compliance teams on complex cases

Please note: The role involves exposure to sensitive content, including violence, adult content, hate speech, fake news and other potentially disturbing material.

Requirements

- Italian fluency (C1/native)
- English B2 or higher
- Strong attention to detail
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
- Previous moderation or customer support experience is a plus

Salary & Benefits Option 1 – Company Accommodation Included

- Base Salary: €776 gross/month
- Holiday Allowance: €64.67/month
- Christmas Allowance:

Total Gross Cash Salary: €1,059.33/month
