Master degree in Engineering, Economics, Political Science or business related field required.
- 3/5 years of Procurement/Strategic Sourcing experience in multicultural and complex environments.
- Experience negotiating and finalizing business terms and conditions for supplier contracts and moreover if you show: - Expertise in Indirect Procurement categories (Marketing and IT expertise is plus)
- Project and Program Management experience
- Able to work under pressure
- Purchasing policies and processes and systems
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Cost Driver Estimating analysis
- Advanced Excel/power point and analytical capabilities
- Category/commodity cost driver knowledge
- Category strategy development knowledge
- Good English, both spoken and written. Italian Fluency is mandatory.
- Enthusiasm and Positive attitude
- Highly effective collaboration skills
- Effective at influencing others
- Able to work under pressure
- Good self-management skills,
