- Collaborate closely with the B2B Manager, and internal stakeholders from the Product, IT, and Finance teams to streamline customer service processes and resolve issues;
- Prepare daily reports on customer interactions, ticket status, and key metrics for the B2B Sales Manager;
- Monitor and report on the service’s in relation to primary KPI’s;
- Support the B2B Manager in developing key projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency. **Requirements**: - Fluent in both Italian and Spanish,

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong orientation towards customer service;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently;
- Analytical thinker with a logical approach to problem-solving;
