Experteer Overview

In this Finance Business Partner role, you support the local business team by delivering actionable financial insights to Marketing and Commercial functions. You will interact with Sales, Trade/Customer Marketing, Marketing, and other departments to drive informed business decisions. You report to the Finance Manager and work in an office/hybrid setup in Milan. You’ll tackle budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, shaping brand strategy and financial reporting. This role offers cross‑functional impact and growth in a premium consumer brand.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead analytical reporting for commercial units, including budget and depletion analyses
- Prepare timely financial reports and forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Support preparation of presentations on Actuals, budget, and forecasts
- Act as first contact for Brand Expense Budget controlling




- Analyze brand performance and A & P spend to support regional leadership and strategy
- Perform ad‑hoc analyses and support other Finance team activities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data and insights
- Ensure SOX/Audit controls and reporting
- Support Finance Manager in daily finance activities

Responsabilità

- Bachelor or Master degree in Economy or Management Engineering
- 2+ years in Commercial financial analysis or FP&A;
- Fluency in English
- Strong financial and analytical abilities
- Excellent Excel skills
- SAP Hana and BI/BW (Preferred)
