Job description
Join our Pre-Sales team in Milan, supporting our growth in Italy by managing the full bid process for IT, engineering, and transformation projects. You will work at the intersection of sales, consulting, technology, engineering, and delivery, helping clients define and shape solutions across a wide range of topics.
Your missions
• Support sales teams during client meetings, discovery sessions, and opportunity qualification discussions
• Analyse client requirements and translate them into clear solution options
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, consulting, and delivery experts to define the proposed approach
• Structure the scope, deliverables, project phases, governance, team setup, and delivery model
• Prepare presentations, workshops, solution documents, and demos for client meetings
• Develop value propositions and key messages for each opportunity
• Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for IT, engineering, and transformation projects
• Manage responses to RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and other client consultations
• Coordinate contributions from sales, consulting, engineering, delivery, finance, procurement, and legal teams
• Ensure consistency between client requirements, solution design, delivery approach, and commercial proposal
• Prepare bid plans, response schedules, and organise internal reviews and approvals
• Work with finance, sales, and delivery teams to prepare project cost estimates and pricing models
• Contribute to the development of proposal templates, case studies, and reusable content
• Capture lessons learned from completed bids and support continuous improvement of pre-sales activities
Your profile
• Experience in bid management, pre-sales, consulting, project management, technical writing, or process implementation (more than 4 years )
• Experience contributing to proposals, tenders, RFPs, solution design, or client presentations
• Good understanding of IT services, engineering services, consulting, or business transformation projects
• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, economics, or a related field
• Italian and English fluent. French is a plus.
• Good command of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• You demonstrate strong writing, presentation, coordination, and communication skills
• You demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• You demonstrate the ability to manage several priorities, contributors, and deadlines at the same time
• You demonstrate a hands-on and proactive approach

Compensation & Pay Transparency
• Gross Annual Salary (Range: EUR 27,000 – EUR 50,000)
• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio)
• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria
