As Marketing Specialist at Talent Garden Academy, you will shape product narratives and market-facing materials for our B2C and B2B2C offerings. You’ll collaborate with Product and Sales to translate learning outcomes into compelling value propositions and drive go-to-market initiatives. You’ll perform structured market analysis with AI support, maintain knowledge assets, and measure impact to reinforce brand positioning. This role sits at the intersection of education, product marketing, and growth, offering hands‑on execution in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.

- Contribute to product positioning and messaging across the Academy portfolio
- Develop high-quality commercial materials aligned with narrative
- Partner with Product and Sales to translate features and outcomes into value propositions
- Conduct structured market and competitor analysis, leveraging AI tools
- Support go‑to‑market execution for new launches and special projects
- Maintain and update product documentation and internal knowledge assets
- Track KPIs and support impact reporting on product performance and marketing effectiveness
Responsabilità
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Product Marketing, Strategy, or coordination roles in creative or digital agencies
- Pragmatic, data-informed decision-making with focus on high-impact opportunities
- Strong proficiency in using AI for content creation, research, analysis, and synthesis
- Analytical and creative thinking with ability to translate data into compelling narratives
- Execution-oriented and capable of managing budgets and measuring ROI
- Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent in Italian (native) and English (written and spoken)
- Based in Milan or able to travel/relocate easily to Milan
