Together, we are revolutionizing the mobile industry. **THE ROLE** We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy technical assistant to be part of our technical due diligence team that is in charge of evaluating potential apps for acquisition. The primary responsibilities will include taking detailed notes and capturing screenshots to document the review process. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and basic understanding of programming concepts. **Hiring manager**: Nir Slonim, VP M&A; **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Attend virtual source code review sessions.
- Take comprehensive notes during discussions and presentations.
- Capture clear and relevant screenshots as instructed by the software developers or team lead.
- Organize notes and screenshots in a structured manner for easy retrieval and reference.
- Summarize key points and action items from the review sessions.
- Assist in preparing documentation or reports based on the review sessions.
- Coordinate with team members to clarify any ambiguities in notes or screenshots. **Requirements**:




**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** **Requirements**: - Experience working with the G-Suite tools (documents / spreadsheets)
- Proficient with digital tools for screenshot/video capture.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in handling confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English **Preferred**: - Experience working with CRM platforms such as Hubspot.
- Basic understanding of software development and source code terminologies.
- Familiarity with coding environments (IDEs) and version control systems (e.g., Git). **HOW DO WE WORK?** We are a distributed team of more than 100 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 3/4 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best).
