- Work with quarterly goals and measure success against precise KPIs
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market and competition
- Be a cultural ambassador and drive the local rollout of the new B2B value proposition in alignment with the Leadership Team ️**YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF**: - Up to 5 years of working experience and a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Tech industry related to HR services




- Good time management and organizational skills but especially an innate proactive and resilient attitude towards facing challenges
- Ability to work both independently and in a strong team environment
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) that are leveraged to handle objections always in a constructive manner
