**For one of our clients, an International Consulting company, we are looking for a Management Consultant** **Company Overview**: Join a leading management consulting company that specializes in providing strategic solutions and leadership to businesses in transition. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer tailored, effective solutions to meet our clients' unique challenges. **Role Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Management Consultant to join our team. As a Management Consultant, you will work closely with Partners, Interim Managers, and Clients in managing and delivering projects. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to diverse business environments. **Key Responsibilities**: - In liaison with the Partner, conduct comprehensive business assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Draft client proposals and act as an additional key contact point for our clients and Interim Managers by supporting them in developing clients strategic objectives.
- Manage the Quality Assurance process.
- Support Interim Managers in analyzing the as-is —to-be and in producing useful, quality content for project delivery.
- Coordinate the Progress Review Meetings during the delivery of the project.
- Contribute to structuring and organizing company know-how in his/her specific field of knowledge.
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships will be integral to your role. This will involve communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. **Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven experience in management consulting, with a track record of successful project delivery.

- Strong command of English, both spoken and written (C2 level).

- Flexibility to adapt to different industries and business environments. **Technical Skills**: - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with change management principles.
- Ability to conduct financial analysis and modeling.
