**Job Description: Project Engineering Lead Company Name: Quest Global Job Category: Aerospace and Defense We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineering Lead to join our team at Quest Global. As the Project Engineering Lead, you will play a crucial role in the Technical Management of delivery activities associated with the integration of the Paveway IV Mark 3 (PWIV Mk3) weapon capability onto Typhoon. This is an Urgent Capability Requirement (UCR) and is highly visible within the UK Customer organization. **Responsibilities**: - Understand and develop the Customer's requirements for new weapon capabilities, inclusive of Platform and Support.
- Develop robust and value for money proposals that satisfy the customer requirements and enhance Typhoon weapon system capability.
- Deliver contracted tasks to time, cost, and quality, ensuring customer acceptance on completion and enduring through-life support. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across the breadth of the Product Lifecycle and the organisation. This will involve collaborating with various functions,



as well as working closely with weapon suppliers and directly with the UK Customer organisation. The role is based in Warton but may require some travel to other client sites, supplier, and customer sites. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in Technical Management and delivery activities within the Aerospace and Defence industry.
- Strong understanding of weapon capabilities and integration processes.
- Excellent proposal development skills, with the ability to create value for money solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver tasks on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Knowledge of engineering governance and maturity reviews.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
