**Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Defense Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the aerospace and defense industry, preferably 1 to 3 years.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace and defense systems, technologies, and processes.
- Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
