ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLeads all elements of the project including all BH products and services, contracted parties and client interfaces. /li liPerforms as SPC with the client, nurtures the relationship, acts as the primary contract manager in conjunction with other managers. /li liResponsible for all aspects of the financial performance of the project. /li liOwns project service delivery, performance Improvement, and incremental revenue through upsell strategies. /li liManages multiple PL, segments, products and services across multiple wellsites/rigs, often in complex contractual arrangements. /li liOwns the overall customer deliverables by having the responsibility for the Integrated Solutions compliance, financial KPI’s, service delivery and HSE performance. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liHave a bachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience.



/li liHave strong experience in Well Completions with a minimum of 5 years as a project manager. /li liHave experience in managing multiple product line PL (Profit and Loss management) and experience managing multiple simultaneous rig/site operations. /li liHave leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skill. /li liProven personnel development skills will be required in this role. /li liAbility to manage, develop, coach and mentor high level teams across organizational boundaries is required. /li liHave excellent English oral and written communications skills, including ability to organize meetings and distributing accurate and succinct minutes of meetings. /li /ul h3Certifications Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree In Engineering /li liBachelor’s Degree In Scientific Discipline /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
