Constellation, soon integrated with Calpine, seeks candidates to become licensed Senior Reactor Operators (SRO) at Dresden Nuclear Station in Morris, Illinois. Trainees will undergo Initial License Training (ILT) to qualify as SROs and supervise licensed reactor operators in the control room.

Upon successful completion, trainees are licensed by the NRC and may supervise bargaining unit reactor operators and equipment operators, with opportunities for growth in outage support and emergency
