The role ensures accurate cost controlling, profitability analysis, and performance monitoring in a project-based manufacturing environment within an international group structure. The position acts as a key business partner for Operations, Production, Project Management, Procurement, and Finance, ensuring transparency on plant performance and project margins. /p h3Plant Industrial Controlling /h3 ul liSupport monthly closing activities related to industrial accounting and plant performance. /li liMonitor inventory valuation and WIP (Work in Progress). /li liEnsure accuracy of product costing and contribution margin analysis. /li liMonitor and analyze manufacturing costs, production efficiency, labor productivity, and overhead absorption. /li liIdentify cost optimization opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives. /li liAnalyze monthly plant performance versus budget, forecast, and prior year. /li liPrepare and review standard costing.
/li /ul h3Project Business Support /h3 ul liSupport Project Controllers and Operations teams in margin analysis and profitability monitoring. /li liProvide financial insights to other functions. /li liParticipate in operational meetings and performance reviews. /li /ul h3Reporting /h3 ul liPrepare monthly management reporting. /li liEnsure timely and accurate reporting to local management. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. /li li3–5 years of experience in Industrial Controlling, Plant Controlling, or Audit (Big4). /li liAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred). /li liKnowledge of cost accounting and industrial finance processes (preferred). /li liExperience in engineer-to-order (ETO) and project manufacturing (plus). /li liExperience in multinational companies (strong advantage). /li liKnowledge of BI tools (Power BI, etc.) (plus). /li /ul h3Employment Terms /h3 ul liEmployment will be under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria), with job classification based on experience and skills. /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 ul liIndicative salary range: 35,000–45,000 euro gross annual income (RAL).
