ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct quality and logistics issue support at specified customer plants in Italy, including participation in quality meetings, complaint handling, and product inspections. /li liProvide specialized support for non‑compliant product analysis, component reprogramming, and functional testing at customer sites. /li liMaintain detailed records of activities, including parts checked, time spent, and compliance results, documented in the SGAS system. /li liOffer remote diagnostic support and problem‑solving assistance through a hotline service, ensuring effective communication and technical guidance. /li liProvide technical support and complaint handling at customer plants not regularly supported by a Technical Resident (TR), especially during high demand or special projects. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMother tongue Italian. /li liEnglish language knowledge. /li liVehicle mechatronics knowledge (Common Rail Pump, Injectors, Fuel Pump).
