ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct regular reviews with regional teams to analyse performance against agreed corporate metrics and KPIs. /li liIdentify key issues and priority areas, and work with regional teams to develop strategies and solutions that improve performance and enable targets to be met or exceeded. /li liSupport the preparation of monthly corporate performance reports for senior management. /li liProvide guidance and support to ensure that regional delivery functions operate effectively and efficiently. /li liProvide guidance and support to regional leaders to improve processes in line with Dedalus best practices. /li liAct as the primary point of contact between the corporate team and delivery teams in assigned regions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. /li li5-10 years of experience in project, service, or operational management. /li liProficiency in written and spoken English. /li liFluency in French is highly desirable. /li liExperience and knowledge on healthcare market in different regions (mainly Europe) is highly desirable. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
