In this role you will translate customer needs into compliant insulation and refractory solutions for high-temperature industrial processes. You will work across Sales, Product Management, R&D; and Engineering to support design, testing and after-sales activities, ensuring regulatory and standards compliance. The position emphasizes technical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement, with travel across several European countries.

You will help shape safe, effective solutions that support Promat’s mission in a sustainable construction future.

Interpret customer requirements and specifications

Support projects from design through to after-sales

Prepare and review technical documentation

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Respond to technical enquiries and troubleshoot issues

Collaborate with Sales,



Product Management, R&D; and Engineering teams

Manage multiple technical projects and priorities

Liaise with testing and certification bodies

Support product testing and validation activities

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Deliver accurate and practical technical guidance

Maintain expertise in products, applications and industry standards

Responsabilità

Experience in high-temperature insulation, refractories, or industrial furnace applications

Ability to interpret xkiyazw technical specifications, drawings and customer requirements

Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

Confident preparing technical calculations, documentation and recommendations

Effective communication skills and ability to work with customers and internal teams

Practical, solution-focused approach to problem-solving

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
