The Department of the Navy is seeking a Child and Youth Program Direct Care Supervisor to assist the facility Director in supervising Direct Care Professionals across CDC and SAC programs. You will oversee staff, ensure safety and program quality, and coordinate with partners to meet developmental goals.

Responsibilities include staff training, performance reviews, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to DoD CYP policies.
