Experteer Overview

In this role you drive OEM business growth across Central Italy by translating customer needs into value-driven, technical solutions. You work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor Eaton’s portfolio, demonstrating how it boosts performance, efficiency and sustainability.
You manage end-to-end sales processes, lead complex opportunities and coordinate with internal specialists to deliver customized outcomes. You will leverage digital tools to simplify interactions, while building lasting relationships with customers and partners.

This position offers a pivotal chance to shape regional OEM strategy and impact the company’s growth in a dynamic, international environment.

- Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and define solution requirements
- Build and implement structured account strategies
- Prepare commercial proposals and manage offer cycles
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations
- Conduct negotiations and close deals

- Track pipeline progress and update CRM records

Responsabilità

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background
- Minimum 5 years in technical sales, preferably OEM or industrial
- Strong consultative selling skills with complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Results-driven with focus on customer value creation
- Fluency in Italian and English
