Facility & Construction Supervisor/Manager
In this role you will oversee the development and facility management of Hermès stores in Italy and Greece, leading new openings, renovations and restyling projects. You collaborate with architects, consultants and internal teams to ensure projects meet Maison standards of excellence, stay on budget and on schedule.
You also supervise ongoing store systems maintenance and coordinate cross-functional activities with operations, IT and security. The position offers the chance to shape luxury retail spaces while aligning with a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

- Draft store briefs and develop comprehensive project plans from inception to opening
- Monitor budgets, costs, invoices and change orders to prevent overspending
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors and safety consultants; conduct site inspections
- Collaborate with Hermès Construction Team and RDAI on store concept and milestones
- Oversee store fixtures, signage and merchandising installations for sales readiness
- Coordinate stock, warehousing and HR-led staff area optimization
- Ensure informatic systems (wi-fi, CCTV, POS)
are integrated with IT
- Lead facility management strategy, monitor annual goals and drive continuous improvement
- Supervise Facility Coordinator/Specialist and manage extraordinary interventions
- Maintain alignment with stakeholders at EME and Group level
- Proven experience in luxury retail project management
- University degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong internal team coordination experience
- Highly organized, detail- and deadline-oriented; pragmatic and reliable
- Solid understanding of design drawings and project documentation
- Knowledge of construction and millwork quality for luxury environments
- Cost awareness across retail construction activities
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, and AutoCAD
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication; Italian fluent, English fluent; French a plus
