Experteer Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at Trellix, you engage with prospects to understand cybersecurity needs and tailor solutions. You lead technical discussions, live demos, and workshops that translate Trellix capabilities into customer value. You collaborate with sales to build proposals and run PoCs that address real use cases.

You also enable partners and represent Trellix at industry events, helping to expand adoption across Italy and the broader EMEA region.

- Collaborate with sales to create tailored proposals and run PoCs for customer use cases
- Enable and train local partners to position Trellix solutions in their markets
- Perform security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities
- Build internal champions and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders
- Represent Trellix at industry events and contribute to thought leadership
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats to keep solutions competitive

Responsabilità





- Minimum 5 years in a pre‑sales engineering or technical consulting role within cybersecurity/IT security
- Strong understanding of EDR, XDR, network security, incident response, threat intelligence, and DLP
- Hands‑on experience with at least two security technologies (EDR, XDR, NDR, DLP) and PoC/PoV execution
- Familiarity with EU regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences
- Proven ability to influence technical sales and align solutions with customer needs
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH or vendor‑specific certifications are a plus
- Enterprise security technologies experience; knowledge of cloud security and OT security is beneficial
- Location: Milan; willingness to travel across Italy; multilingual fluency in Italian and English
