As a Study Start Up Associate II at ICON, you will lead site initiation and activation efforts, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery. You will collaborate with internal teams, CROs, and TAU partners to optimize SSU metrics and standardize processes. You will review essential documents and support issue resolution to keep studies on track.

- Coordinate site start-up and activation activities across assigned studies
- Review and approve site essential documents (ICF, FDF, 1572, CVs, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal Study Startup team, CROs, Clinical Operations, and TAU partners to improve SSU metrics




- Ensure SSU standards are consistently applied across projects
- Monitor timelines,
- Support issue resolution with CROs and Clinical Operations, in partnership with the internal team
- Provide feedback on site performance metrics and contribute to eTMF accuracy during start-up
- Maintain thorough documentation and communication records for assigned sites
- BS degree or international equivalent
- 2+ years of site start-up experience in pharma, CRO, or relevant vendor
- Ability to explain data to support data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of clinical study protocols and essential documents
- Strong organizational, decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
