The internship is designed as a concrete training opportunity for those who wish to start their professional career in Human Resources, with a particular focus on personnel administration, labour law and labour consultancy. /ppbr/ppThis is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or undergraduate students in Law, Economics, Legal Studies or Labour Consultancy who are interested in gaining hands-on experience within a dynamic, structured and multidisciplinary corporate environment. /ppbr/ppThe selected candidate will be supported by the Company Tutor and will have the opportunity to progressively acquire practical and transversal skills, taking part in the main activities of the HR Department and contributing to the day-to-day management of people-related processes. /ppbr/ppstrongMain responsibilities /strong /ppThe intern will support the HR team in the following activities: /pulliday-to-day operational HR activities; /lilirecruitment and selection processes; /lilimanagement of personnel documentation; /lilireporting of travel expenses for employees on business trips; /lilidrafting and publication of job advertisements; /lilisupport in the management of monthly attendance records; /liliassistance in the analysis of personnel costs. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliDegree obtained or currently in progress in Law, Economics, Legal Studies, Labour Consultancy or other relevant fields; /liliinterest in Human Resources,
