Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our 300,000 people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate /p pWe are looking for a Production Shift Manager /p pThe Shift Manager is responsible for the overall management of the production shift within the assigned production unit, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people-related objectives, in compliance with company standards and the Stellantis Industrial System (SIS). /p pThe role acts as an operational leader, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and people development. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul libShift and Operations Management /b ul liEnsure the proper execution of production activities during the assigned shift /li liCoordinate Supervisors, Team Leaders, and operational resources /li liGuarantee the achievement of production targets for UTEs/Operating Units /li liMonitor shift performance (line stoppages, scrap, rework, NVAA, efficiency) /li liManage operational issues by making timely and structured decisions /li liVerify the application of operating standards and basic conditions /li /ul /li libPeople Management and Leadership /b ul liManage, support, and develop Supervisors and Team Leaders within the shift /li liMonitor attendance, absenteeism, and effective workforce utilization /li liFoster continuous feedback and employee engagement /li liPromote leadership behaviors aligned with Stellantis values /li liSupport performance evaluation, development, and recognition processes /li /ul /li libHealth, Safety, and Environment /b ul liEnsure the implementation of the Health and Safety Management System /li liCoordinate the analysis of events,



unsafe acts/conditions, near misses, and human errors /li liSupport safety, environmental, and process audits /li liPromote environmental improvement initiatives in compliance with company standards /li /ul /li libStellantis Industrial System (SIS) and Continuous Improvement /b ul liPromote and support the implementation of the Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) /li liAnalyze performance losses related to cost, quality, safety, and delivery /li liDefine improvement targets for UTEs and workshops, monitoring their progress /li liDrive continuous improvement through structured projects /li liDisseminate best practices and process standardization /li liSupport initiatives related to ergonomics, line balancing, and reduction of non-value-added activities /li /ul /li libCommunication and Cross-Functional Collaboration /b ul liEnsure clear and effective communication within the shop floor /li liFoster alignment with support functions (Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, HR, Safety) /li liShare results, priorities, and action plans /li liContribute to building a climate of trust, collaboration, and shared accountability /li /ul /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul libTechnical Skills /b ul liDegree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic) /li liKnowledge of automotive production processes /li liAbility to analyze data and performance indicators /li liStructured problem-solving skills /li liContinuous improvement mindset /li /ul /li libOrganizational Relationships /b ul liReports to: Unit / Area Manager /li liManages: Supervisors, Team Leaders /li liCollaborates with: Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, HR, Safety, Engineering /li liShift-based work (05.45 - 13.45, 14.15 - 22.15, 22.15 - 05.45) /li /ul /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
