ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport and coordinate all Quality Control and Quality Engineering activities within a PCB manufacturing environment, ensuring processes meet customer requirements from prototyping through to mass production. /liliContribute to new product introduction (NPI) approval and release, ensuring appropriate tools, competencies, and controls are in place across the entire production flow. /liliPrepare the organization for customer and third-party audits, perform internal audits, and ensure proper reporting and follow-up of improvement actions. /liliMonitor and report Quality KPIs, promoting effective initiatives to reduce cost of poor quality, non-conformities, and process variability. /liliEnsure timely and effective management of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to internal and customer non-conformities, maintain alignment of the Quality Management System with required standards (e.g., ISO 9001, RoHS, REACH), and enforce compliance with safety regulations and PPE requirements.



/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliTechnical diploma or university degree (engineering or technical background preferred) with strong proficiency in MS Office tools (document creation, spreadsheets, presentations). /liliPrevious experience in a similar quality role within an industrial, electronics, PCB, or automotive manufacturing environment is considered a plus. /liliGood knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and other relevant quality standards, as well as familiarity with methodologies and tools such as APQP, PPAP, DFM, FMEA, 8D, and basic statistical techniques. /liliStrong analytical and methodical problem-solving approach, teamwork orientation, and the ability to motivate and engage colleagues toward results-driven improvements. /liliFluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory, with the ability to read and draft procedures, instructions, and professional correspondence. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
