We work across different functions—from operations to marketing, finance, and product—to support Unobravo’s leadership with insights, analyses, and strategic recommendations. Joining as a **Strategy Internship**, you will gain first-hand exposure to high-impact projects, working side by side with a fast-moving team on key challenges such as scaling operations, analyzing business performance, and optimizing internal processes. If you’re looking for a learning experience that combines data, problem-solving, and real business challenges, this is the perfect place to start your career. **AS A STRATEGY INTERNSHIP YOU WILL**: - Support the Strategy team in research, data analysis, and performance tracking to help drive strategic decisions
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards to support leadership in decision-making
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to benchmark Unobravo’s positioning in the industry
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and contribute to operational improvements
- Contribute to business process optimization, identifying gaps and recommending improvements
- Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving discussions,
bringing fresh perspectives and ideas ️**YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU**: - Are fluent in English
- Italian speaker
- Have recently graduated in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers and data to solve problems
- Are proactive and hands-on, ready to take ownership of tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Have a good command of Microsoft Office or Google Suite (experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus)
