- Independently source and identify potential software investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust investment pipeline.
- **Deal Execution Support (20%)**:
- Perform financial modeling and commercial due diligence.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis.
- **Business Development (20%)**:
- Travel to meet and engage with businesses across Europe.
- Foster and develop strong relationships within the industry. **Our Ideal Hire**:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program or a recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Company valuation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- An eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong passion for the software and investment sectors.
