**PURPOSE** **Description of the role**:
underlying Real Estate investments through detailed key performance indicators monitoring and risk analysis. **What you will gain**:

- Prepare high quality performance reports and investor materials, including ad-hoc detailed analysis over key initiatives such as valuations, leasing or capex programs for senior management
- Drive data completeness across investments, ensuring quality standards are met consistently
- Assist on the preparation of business plans, budget review including mathematical analysis and investment financial models (cash flows, IRR and stress test)
- Coordination and monitoring of key asset management workstreams across jurisdictions, ensuring that platform milestones are met
- Consult,



influence and build relationships with all key internal and external contacts
- Promote Platform governance, provide a critical bridge between the different parties (asset management / fund management / operations / IT / finance) **ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Strong communication skills - fluent in English language with a demonstrated ability to write effectively
- Superbly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Be a collaborative team player with a proactive attitude. Work closely with others as well as independently and forge trusted relationships
- Perseverance and strong work ethic, able to work under pressure and manage deadlines **DESIRABLE SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**: - Proficiency in additional European languages, such as Dutch or French.
- Knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Experience in real estate asset management or investment funds.
