- Hiring, managing and training a team of Field Representatives.
- Defining and implementing Supplier Management strategy and assigning territories, schedules, and necessary resources to Field Representatives.
- Planning and managing logistics and distribution of supplies and equipment to warehouses.
- Conducting on-site evaluations and performance assessments of Field Representatives.
- Manage daily Business as Usual including reporting, crisis and escalations management.
- Generating detailed performance reports, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Monitoring and tracking field progress to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Submitting performance reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensuring that objectives are realistic and aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of Field Representatives.
- Enforcing field protocols and compliance standards among Field Representatives.
- Providing on-call support and assisting Field Representatives when needed.
- Overseeing fleet vehicle maintenance while ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
- Defining the budget requirements and collaborating with Finance on monthly P&L; reviews.
- Managing key KPIs (e.g., volumes, SLAs, cost per unit) to meet performance targets.
- Fostering a positive team environment, encouraging open communication and feedback. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in business, management, administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree in business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in field operations or a related industry.
- Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and field management tools.
- Fluent in Italian and in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
