ppbFor our Implementation team, we are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in implementing software within the healthcare IT domain. The position is based in Milan, with a hybrid work model, and can require travelling to customers' sites up to 5 days per week. /b /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and execute TrakCare implementation projects within the country, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget. /li liTake end-to-end responsibility for the project lifecycle, from day‑to‑day execution management to securing the necessary resources, ensuring effective team coordination so that the deployment is delivered according to contractual commitments and agreed deadlines. /li liDefine project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the entire project lifecycle, following InterSystems’ customer engagement methodology. /li liMonitor customer and third‑party obligations, managing escalations related to any agreed project changes. /li liBe available for assignments requiring regular travel to customer sites (70–80% of the time). /li /ul h3Skills and Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience managing implementation projects for integrated healthcare solutions in a customer‑facing role, gained within public or private healthcare organizations.



/li liExperience overseeing the full project lifecycle, from kick‑off to execution, go‑live, and closure. /li libDirect knowledge of the healthcare sector and 4+ years of experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS). /b /li liExperience in resource management and in monitoring timelines and budgets. /li liProven ability to lead diverse and multidisciplinary teams. /li liStrong communication skills at all levels of an organization. /li liExperience managing contracts, including those involving third parties. /li liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Management Engineering). /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExposure to software development processes. /li liPMP certification. /li /ul pInterSystems is providing a current good faith estimate of the anticipated base salary range for this position depending on a variety of factors including experience, education, skills, and performance. /p pOther compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive. /p pThe company also provides generous employee benefits including: /p ul liHealth Insurance /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
