Experteer Overview As a Software Release Specialist, you will drive the global deployment of software releases across Technogym's connected ecosystem. You'll coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver data‐driven rollouts that improve user experience worldwide. You'll oversee end‐to‐end release lifecycle, from planning to monitoring, collaborating with product, marketing, QA, and operations.

This role offers high visibility in a rapidly evolving, IoT‐enabled environment and a chance to shape how software reaches millions of users.

and operations to meet adoption goals Maintain the master release calendar and lead readiness and go/no‐go decisions Monitor adoption rates and deployment data to report on KPIs and minimize version fragmentation Continuously improve release processes and documentation Responsabilità 3‐5 years in software deployment, release management, or product operations with proven rollout experience Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience Solid understanding of Release Management, Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Lean (Continuous Improvement) and traditional Project Management (Waterfall, Stage‐Gate) methodologies
