**DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a talented **Health, Safety and Environment Engineer** to join our team specializing in **Health and Safety** for **Cummins** in **Cameri, Piemonte, Italy.** **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**: - Actively promotes a strong HSE culture and applies technical expertise to implement and manage HSE controls within the site(s).
- Ensures compliance with Cummins internal HSE requirements, industry standards, and applicable regulations while supporting cross-functional teams.
- Leads hazard identification, environmental aspect identification, and risk assessment programs to enhance hazard prevention and risk control measures.
- Drives continuous improvement by addressing non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive measures to mitigate risks.
- Develops and leads HSE training programs, skills development initiatives, and internal communication efforts to enhance awareness and compliance.
- Evaluates site HSE data, maintains up-to-date technical content, and ensures adherence to data privacy regulations.
- Contributes to HSE management system reviews, participates in audit preparations, and supports formal audit processes.




- Works cross-functionally to enhance workplace safety, seeks stakeholder feedback for improvements, and stays updated on emerging HSE trends. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **To be successful in this role you will need the following**: - Strong focus on environmental aspects, particularly waste management, to ensure sustainability and compliance.
