- Digital & IT **About this vacancy**: - Proactively intervene to resolve software anomalies by performing root cause analysis, advanced troubleshooting, and implementing continuous system optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and production teams to minimize machine downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with GMP regulations, safety procedures (E&HS;), and company policies on data integrity in every intervention.
- Continuously monitor software system performance, suggesting and implementing technical improvements.
- Manage machine source code, ensuring its protection and preventing unauthorized access or modifications.
- Train personnel on safety procedures, data integrity, and source code management, periodically verifying the level of competence achieved.
- Collaborate with external suppliers for software updates and system maintenance. **What we expect from you**: - MSc in Computer Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in software maintenance and industrial system management.
- In-depth knowledge of PLC programming languages, SCADA systems, and HMI.
- Experience in source code management and protection.
- Familiarity with GMP regulations and E&HS; standards.
- Strong problem analysis skills and experience in software solution implementation.
- Experience in E&HS; and data integrity management.




- Native-level proficiency in Italian and good reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English, including interaction with suppliers. **What you can expect from us**:
