This is a 100% remote position , which means you can work from anywhere in the world from the comfort of your home or remote office. 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency)

- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

recruiting software and candidate databases
- Design and customize hiring stages based on each position's requirements
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed
- Network and build long-lasting client relationships
