/li liEnsure the creation of Material Planning documents in line with Procure to Pay core model processes /li liOrganize and maintain regular reviews with Material Planners to ensure documents are sent to suppliers and respective delivery confirmation are received /li liEnsure the MRP exception messages analyses performed by all Material Planners and anticipate supply problems (backlogs, shortages, no demand…) /li liSet up recovery actions with main stakeholders /li liValidate deliveries performances KPI's with different stakeholders (Internal External) and action plans /li liValidate the top worst Suppliers with SDPM and support appropriate action plan /li liEnsure application of appropriate communication routine with Suppliers based on their delivery performances by Material Planners /li liEnsure the application (when necessary) of Supplier Capacity Management /li liEnsure the application (when necessary) of Supplier's Light Capability Assessment (LSCA) /li liContribute to risk/impact assessments and mitigation action plan /liliManage team performance, develop team competencies provide feedback and register during Performance Management Cycl /li /ul h3General scope /h3 ul liApply APSYS (bA /blstom bP /broduction bS /bystem) roadmap and Golden Rules /li liParticipate to EHS improvement and targets achievement /li liRespect Alstom Ethics Compliance codes /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
