In this role you drive Environment, Health and Safety programs to reduce risk and ensure compliance at our Crespellano site. You will lead HSE activities, audits and regulatory liaison, shaping the factory’s sustainability and safety strategy. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold legal requirements and elevate EHS capabilities through training. You will be a role model for safety and sustainability, translating regulations into practical improvements.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and update mandatory Health, Safety, and Environmental documentation (DVR, risk assessments, emergency plans).
- Monitor compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations; conduct internal audits and oversee external audits.
- Manage relationships with authorities (AUSL, Fire Brigade, Labour Inspectorate) and maintain permits and authorizations.
- Promote training and awareness on Health, Safety, and Environmental topics across the organization.
- Contribute to Sustainability and EHS strategy and model best practices.
- Lead investigations of incidents via Sustainability Incident Management (SIM)



and implement preventive actions.
- Coordinate factory inspections and environmental authorizations with local authorities.

Responsabilità

- University degree in Engineering, Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Prevention Techniques, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as RSPP in multinational industrial complexes (mandatory).
- Certified Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP) per Italian Legislative Decree 81/08.
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with regulatory inspections and external authorities; environmental compliance experience recommended.
- Experience implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; ability to manage technical/regulatory documentation.
