p1. Academic background in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering. p2. Valid electrician license (construction/maintenance type is preferred) with more than 2 years of experience in mechatronic equipment troubleshooting and repair. /pp3. Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, skilled in operating test instruments, and familiar with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7-1200/1500). /pp4. Excellent problem-solving skills, customer requirement - oriented mindset, ability to optimize workflows proactively. /pp5. Flexible and efficient teamwork ability, strong time management skills, able to accept urgent tasks and strictly abide by safety regulations. /pp6. English proficiency as a working language, readiness for international business travel, and familiar with cross-cultural communication skills. /p /p
