Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. /p h3Your role /h3 pWe are looking for an Intercompany Accountant who will take a pivotal role in managing and overseeing intercompany accounting activities, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. You will be part of an international team based in the Global Business Services department located in Agordo (BL), contributing to a young, dynamic, and rapidly growing environment that fosters innovation and collaboration. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liManage intercompany (IC) flows, including recording of journal entries (JE) and Account Payable IC postings. /li liOversee, propose and enhance automated IC processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. /li liDesign and implement new IC flows in response to evolving business needs. /li liPrepare and approve account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. /li liComplete month-end close activities, maintaining tight deadlines and high standards. /li liOversee consolidated financial statement reconciliations at the intercompany level. /li liContribute to audits and provide relevant documentation as needed. /li /ul h3Main requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. /li liA minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting in multinational companies or consulting. /li liKnowledge of accounting principles and intercompany reconciliation. /li liGeneral experience with Financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle HFM) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. /li liExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. /li liStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-country teams. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. /li liA proactive approach to process improvement and automation. /li liFluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous. /li /ul h3Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment /h3 pWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
