Senior Project Civil Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role you will lead civil activities for Grid Integration projects, coordinating with tendering and project engineering teams. You’ll prepare deliverables during the tender phase, assess risks, and support claims related to changes in civil scope. You will collaborate with engineers to share best practices and ensure safety, integrity, and quality across bid and project phases.

You act as a trusted technical partner to customers, clarifying requirements and capturing lessons learned for future projects. This position offers impact in the energy transition, with focus on substations, power plants, and construction interfaces, within a global engineering context.

- Lead and coordinate civil activities (concrete and steel construction) for Grid Integration projects
- Assist project team with claims related to changes in civil scope and assess impacts




- Share best practices with engineers and uphold safety, integrity, and quality
- Engage customers as a technical partner: clarify requirements and capture lessons learned
- Prepare/review technical specifications and validate equipment
- Examine static/dynamic verifications and execution plans for concrete and steel construction
- Collaborate with subcontractors on contracts in cooperation with purchasing xlwpduy
- Ensure compliance with CEI/IEC, Euro Code, Italian codes, and Hitachi Energy QHSE requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5 - 8 years of relevant civil design/management experience
- Knowledge of Eurocode and related technical regulations
- CAD and BIM tools proficiency
- Italian building code knowledge is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
