p KLN Project, for its EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) activities, is seeking a Planning Scheduling Engineer to join its Project Control team, supporting the delivery of large-scale Offshore Oil Gas EPC projects. p This position will report to the Project Control Manager, and she/he will play a key role in delivering end-to-end planning and scheduling services within complex and international project environments. /pp The candidate will work in close coordination with the Project Team, Client and Subcontractors to ensure robust planning, reliable forecasting, accurate progress monitoring, and timely delivery. /pp Key Responsibilities /pulli develop and maintain detailed project schedule in line with project requirements; /lili check and consolidate subcontractor schedules into the integrated Project Master Schedule; /lili establish and manage progress measurement system, tracking production, productivity and performance; /lili coordinate schedule interfaces across all Project stakeholders; /lili provide regular schedule forecasts,



including key milestones and critical path analysis; /lili lead planning and schedule review meetings with project stakeholders; /lili analyze schedule performance and produce progress reports; /lili review and validate project planning deliverables and reports; /lili support project meetings and ensure alignment across planning activities. /li /ulp Requirement /pulli8+ years' experience in project planning within the EPC Oil Gas sector (offshore experience is considered a plus); /lili strong expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory); /lili proven experience in managing complex, multi-interface projects; /lili proactive approach with strong analytical and coordination skills; /lili fluency in English (written and spoken). /li /ulp Work site: south-east Milan zone. /pp Employment classification: operative position, level commensurate with experience. /p /p
